Ejiro-Oghene Paul is a certified Psychologist, Trauma-care professional, Global Mental Health Expert and Psychological First Aid at LagosMind. She is also the current lead Research and Service Delivery at LagosMinD.


She has over six years of experience in providing mental health counselling, creating ethically approved Mental health communication strategies, and crafting Mental health content for use in both formal and informal awareness campaigns and training.

Ejiro-Oghene in the course of her professional experience has worked in different organisations offering Mental health services, training staff, and providing personalised Mental health support for both adolescents and adults. Some prominent organisations and projects that she has worked with include, LagosMind, USAID TeenMata, TruthShare, MacArthur Foundation Youth Friendly Clinic, and BetterHelp, to mention a few.

Ejiro-Oghene is a member of a number of professional bodies which include, the Nigerian Psychological Association (NPA), the International Society of Substance Use Professionals (ISSUP), and the Integrated Trauma Care Initiative. Additionally, she is a Fellow of the Harvard University Aspire Institute program, a graduate of the McKinsey Forward program, a graduate of Obafemi Awolowo University, and a University of Washington certified Mental Health professional.
