University Mental Health

The program aims to build an accessible mental health support system within the university, promoting well-being, raising awareness, and providing effective interventions. By embedding mental health education into campus culture and offering professional support, it seeks to reduce stigma and equip students with coping skills, resilience, and resources for their well-being throughout their studies.
