We sometimes fall into the trap of making assumptions or having stereotypes about certain circumstances and conditions which may turn out wrong! The wrong assumptions can affect our thinking pattern and subsequently influence our behaviors.
It is therefore important for us to be kinder to ourselves and the people around us, especially as we all have different emotions and unique situations.
Remember to reach out to people, use respectful language when talking about mental health conditions, challenge misconceptions that you encounter, and offer support if you think someone is having trouble.
