First, you'll hear a welcome message telling you that you've reached the Lagos Lifeline

A soft guided meditation will play while we try to connect you

A skilled, trained intake counselor who works at the Lifeline will answer the phone.

The person will listen to you, understand what problems are affecting you, assess your immediate needs, provide support and share any resources that may be helpful.
