A skilled, trained intake counselor who works at the Lifeline will answer the phone.
The person will listen to you, understand what problems are affecting you, assess your immediate needs, provide support and share any resources that may be helpful.

The Lagos Lifeline provides a range of supportive services such as emotional support, psychosocial support, referrals, assessments, psychoeducation, counselling. So if you need any of these, you should call the Lagos Lifeline to speak with.
