Calls to the Lagos Lifeline

Calls to the helpline are confidential. Counsellors record details of the contact for clinical and quality purposes. We only take further action, including contacting emergency services, where there is an immediate risk to your safety or someone else's.

Information you give us through this website

If you complete a form on this site — contact, newsletter, partnership or provider registration — we collect what you enter and use it only to respond to that enquiry or provide that service. We do not sell your information or pass it to third parties for marketing.

The mental health screening

The screening questionnaire is hosted by a third-party form provider. Your responses are used to generate your results and any follow-up we send you. The screening is not a diagnosis and is not recorded in any clinical file.
