About
Services offered: psychotherapy/counselling services, primary mental-health services, community outreach & psycho-education, school mental-health programmes, workplace mental-health & eap services, tele-mental health services, support groups (peer-led), training & capacity-building courses, suicide prevention programmes.
Works with children (6-12 years), adolescents (13-17 years), youth (18-25 years), adults (26-64 years), older adults/seniors (65+ years), women, men, pregnant/postpartum women, people with disabilities, substance users, internally displaced persons & refugees, survivors of sexual & gender-based violence, students & pupils, employees & corporate workforce, religious communities.
Programme areas: mental-health literacy & anti-stigma, school/university wellbeing, workplace wellbeing, survivor & gbv support, youth mentorship, peer-support groups, helplines/warm lines, faith-community outreach, suicide awareness & gatekeeping, training & capacity-building.
